Camp Crop Alot is located in Americus, GA...just 2 hours north of FL and 3 hours South of Atlanta.  To respect the privacy of groups currently enjoying their retreat, we do not publish the actual address of the CCA Farm House.  Please contact me and I will be happy to arrange a tour of the house should you be in Americus.  

Camp Crop Alot has been renovated.  It is a house shaped like a barn and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath located upstairs and downstairs, you will find the Kitchen, Cropping Room, Tool Center, Dining Room, Bathroom, Camp Store and Massage Room. The facilities can accommodate up to 12 people.   Around the clock cropping space available to you in our large cropping room with 12 - 4' tables.  When you arrive at Camp Crop Alot on Thursday, do as you wish with your supplies, and you don't have to pack up until you go home on Sunday!  You will be able to come and go as you please to eat the great food, take a nap or a nature walk - whatever you choose!!  Are you one of those late night croppers? Don't worry, the cropping room will be open all weekend and you don't have to worry about your supplies while you sleep.

There is a Tool Center with a Sizzix diecut machine (with SEVEN Alphabet sets and lots of shapes),  Cricut machine, cutting tools, idea books and more that you can use as you wish!!  There is a computer setup where you can print your journaling, check email or surf the web.  Please print your photos before you arrive.

There is a TV with Satellite, DVD & VCR in the cropping room.  Be sure to set your Tivo, DVR, VCR... We only get CBS and FOX networks here!!!!  We have had several slightly disappointed ladies who can't watch Big Brother or Survivor, etc. LOL

There are 2 bunk beds in the 1st bedroom, which is decorated with a "Corral" theme with horses.   The 2nd Bedroom also has 2 bunk beds and is decorated with a "Pig" theme. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 bunk beds and is decorated with a "Cow" theme. Let's crop until the cows come home!!

There is also a kitchen upstairs that we have converted into a separate vanity area, with a sink and mirror...since there is only 1 full bath upstairs (there is a bathroom downstairs that has a shower).  You will be able to style your hair and apply make-up in this area (who wears make-up at these retreats?)

All beds are made and waiting for you, complete with fresh linens, pillows and blankets.  Fluffy towels, washcloths, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper products and all other necessities are also included.   All you need to bring is your toothbrush, clothes and SB Stuff.

The Camp Store is a  mini scrapbook store located in a former bedroom located downstairs.  It is stocked with Bazzill cardstock, some patterned paper, adhesive refills and basic scrapbooking supplies.  Tally sheets are available, you are responsible for writing down items you get and you pay once on Sunday before you leave.

When you register using the shopping cart buttons below, you will be asked for a payment method...if you want to bypass that section, just select "Money Order".  I will send you a confirmation email with the due dates for your payment.  Payment Methods can be found below...

Refund Policies

Requests for refunds will be honored 30 days prior to the event less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event. If for some reason you must cancel your reservation at the last minute, your collected money may be transferred to another weekend minus the $25.00 processing fee.  You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend and no fee will be assessed. Please understand that a lot of time and preparation goes into preparing for your visit including mailings, phone calls, shopping and meal preparation

Returned check fee:
If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $25 return check fee.  The amount of check and fee must be paid in cash or money order immediately following the bank notification.
