Camp Crop Alot is located in Temple...you are close enough to everything, yet far enough away from it all. To respect the privacy of groups currently enjoying their retreat, we do not publish the actual address of the CCA House. Please contact me and I will be happy to take you on a tour of the house should you be in Temple. Camp Crop Alot is a brand new 2,600 s/f split foyer house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The facilities can accommodate up to 14 people. The cropping room is the former 2 car garage and is set up with 14 - 4' tables. There is a TV with Satellite, DVD, VCR and Stereo in the cropping room. If you'd like to take a break and watch a movie, the living room/dining room combo has another TV with Satellite DVR, a DVD player and VCR. There is also a Stereo/CD Player and a Karaoke Machine located in the Entertainment Corner in the Living Room. The Tool Center is equipped with a Cricut, shape cutters, Zip E Mate, Sizzix machine along with alphabets and lots of shapes which your group is welcome to use. There are 2 computers setup in the Tool Center where you can print your journaling, check email or surf the web. We are now a Hot Spot, if you bring your laptop, you should be able to get online. Please print your photos before you arrive. There are 2 bunk beds in the 1st bedroom, which is decorated with a "Princess" theme. The 2nd Bedroom also has 2 bunk beds and is decorated with a "Cowgirl" theme. The Master Bedroom has 3 bunk beds and is decorated with a "Scrapbook Fairies" theme. The Master Bedroom is also equipped with a double vanity and a garden bath and stand-up shower. All beds are made and waiting for you, complete with fresh linens and blankets. Fluffy towels, washcloths, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper products and all other necessities are also included. All you need to bring is your pillow, toothbrush, clothes, food (see below) and SB Stuff. Massages
A Massage Therapist will be available on Saturday (if enough interest) to ease your muscles and relax your body. You must pre-register for this service, so we have a general idea of the interest. You can pay the Massage Therapist directly. There will be an additional cost of $50 per hour and $30 for 30 minutes.
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside.

Camp Crop Alot is an all inclusive weekend retreat created especially for those who need a break from REALITY!!! So come along with your friends (and make some new ones while you're here) and enjoy a weekend get away made especially for you!!
Cost:
$175.00 per person for 3 nights OR $150.00 per person for 2 nights*. You must pay a $75.00 deposit up front within 14 days of registering, and the balance (including massage) is due 1 month before the retreat. You can pay all at once if you'd like to (when deposits are due). Your spot will not reserved until paid in full.

Cropping Room
Around the clock cropping space available to you in our large cropping room. When you arrive at Camp Crop Alot on Thursday, do as you wish with your supplies, and you don't have to pack up until you go home on Sunday! You will be able to come and go as you please to eat the great food, take a nap or a nature walk - whatever you choose!! Are you one of those late night croppers? Don't worry, the cropping room will be open all weekend and you don't have to worry about your supplies while you sleep. There is a Tool Center with a Cricut, Sizzix diecut machine (with SIX Alphabet sets and lots of shapes), cutting tools, idea books and miscellaneous that you can use as you wish!!

How do I prepare for a Retreat?
Refund Policies Requests for refunds will be honored 30 days prior to the event less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event. If for some reason you must cancel your reservation at the last minute, your collected money may be transferred to another weekend minus the $25.00 processing fee. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend and no fee will be assessed. Please understand that a lot of time and preparation goes into preparing for your visit including mailings, phone calls, shopping and meal preparation.
REGISTRATION When you register using the shopping cart buttons below, you will be asked for a payment method...if you want to bypass that section, just select "Money Order". We will send you a confirmation email with the due dates for your payments. Payment Methods can be found below...

Returned check fee:
If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $25 return check fee. The amount of check and fee must be paid in cash or money order immediately following the bank notification.
